Can anyone guide me to the best software testing tool for dynamics CRM pls ? Preferably trough recording with minimal technical/development input. Thank you!

What kind of testing are you referring to?
If you are looking for automated testing, most of that will unfortunately be pretty technical.
The Dynamics 365 team has released a library for automated UI testing, based on the Selenium WebDriver, which allows you to record steps (clicks, actions and input typing) via your browser and play it back automatically.
You will need Visual Studio for this, plus some know-how on how testing works in Visual Studio.

Thanks for the tips. I've been looking a bit further and stumbled on LEAPTEST.
I've been trying the DEMO for a day now this is simply a MUST HAVE for any functional consultant who doesn't have a technical background or a test department in their company. Basically codefree testing and very..VERY intuitive software.
