Duplicate Contact getting created on Case Creation Rule

Hi All, I have a case creation rule on a Queue for creation of case. Actually what is happening is whenever case creation happens two contacts are getting created. One associated with case and other one is just a contact.Create client option is unchecked in personal option but still two contacts are getting created. Can any one help in resolving this issue?
