Hello everyone!

We're currently on Dynamics CRM 2015 On-Prem, using SharePoint 2013.

Whenever myself, or another user, attempt to Add a document in SharePoint, we receive a pop-up notification indicating the browser has blocked a pop-up.  This notification occurs even if the pop-up blocker is completely disabled, and occurs on the FireFox, Chrome, and Edge browsers.

Interestingly enough, this doesn't effect all users.  How would I go about troubleshooting this?
