Hi,
I would like to list all the active products that does not "contain" any opportunity product
How could I do this please?

Hi partner,
We can create a personal view.
1. Click Advanced Find on the top right. Select Look for as Products, select Use Saved View as Active Products, Families & Bundles.
2. At the end of the filter, select Opportunity Lines (Existing Product) and Does Not Contain Data.
3. Click the Save As button to write the name of the new view.
Finally we can find it in the product views.

Yet I forgot to mention that I work under 8.2 version (on-premise)
