Currency from crm 4.0 to crm 2011

i have a crm 4.0 with currency USD if i transfer this Database and imported into a CRM 2011 with AED currency we will have any issue?

    If you upgrade to CRM2011 - your currency will remain USD. The current is specified on an organization basis and so when you upgrade/import your database, the original currencies will be brought across.
