How is everyone fixing this error? I have found this error when I went to users and clicked on a name. then was directed to this page, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/webservices/authenticate-web-services-using-oauth

This user doesn't have any extensions or interfaces. Can anyone assist?

Hi Candace,

The user whose name you have clicked must have Web Service access key. Open user card and see.

Right now web services access key authentication is working but with the warning that you have mentioned above. In Business Central 2021 release this will be depreciated and then OAuth will be only authentication to access web services in Business Central.

This issue is not related to extensions. It is related to web services. If you are not using webservices at all then you do not need to worry. You can even remove this warning by removing the web service access key from user card. But make sure you are not using it to access web services.
