Hi All,

I am trying to Reports entity on the sitemap via App designer on D365 On-Prem and after Publishing the entity do not show up, while it shows in the App Designer.

Has someone faced the same issue? Is there a workaround/solution to this issue?

    Hi,

Reports are indeed not compatible with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on-premise v9.0 version of the Unified Interface.

Even if you use the Unified Interface on-premise, you would need to switch to the legacy web client to get to the reports sub-area, where you maintain them.

If you want to allow users to trigger reports from a list of records or from a record in v9.0 Unified Interface, you would need to customize command bar buttons. You can have a look at this article for examples: https://develop1.net/public/post/2018/04/06/Adding-Ribbon-Workbench-SmartButtons-to-the-Unified-Client

All of this works natively on the latest version of Unified Interface online.
