Sales report for data testing

Hey everyone,

is it possible to generate a report out of Navision including all or most of the columns with data as follows:

Invoice Ref No.---Invoice Date---Order Confirmation No.---Customer Name---No./Item---Item description---Quantity---Product Price excl vat---Product discount---Product vat%---Product price incl vat---Invoice discount %---Cumulative Invoice discount---Custom Deferral start date

Gabriela,

I am not a NAV Developer but the fields you are noting you can create a Jet Report very easily to extract all the Posted Sales Header and Lines data. Here is an example:

Hi Gabriela,

you can also create an sql connection link with the same table in excel and with the required columns in that query if you have access of sql server and nav development environment,

You can create pivot table based on this data as per your requirement hope it will help you.

Hi, There may not be reports in the standard features that exactly meet your needs. You may need to customize.

But if you have access to the development environment, you can try running the tables you need directly.

For example,113 Sales Invoice Line.

This will see more data than is on the page.

Definitly possible yes.

Maybe not the order confirmation no. because that is not a standard field in the solution but the rest should be doable in a report.

But the report needs to be customized.
