New lead not able to convert to opportunity on Dynamics 365

Hi,

I have created a trial instance: dynamickenhan.crm6.dynamics.com

I then created a new lead, with Topic, Name and Purchase Timeframe entered, then pressed the "Save" button.

I then press the "Qualify" button but nothing happened, the lead remains the same and no new opportunity generated.

Could anyone please help?

    This is a known issue. The qualify button does not work from form... it should work fine from grid.

    I had faced similar issue a month back when i signed up for trial..
