Hi Team,

we have Two business unit  1. BusinessUnit Delhi 2. Businessunit Chennai.

How to  access the BusinessUnit Delhi Sales Details in to Businessunit Chennai users.

    Hi , how do you mean this exactly? You might easily set Account in the Security Role to Oganization or Create Shares or an Access Team . You may provide more detailed Information to get the best results.

    Can you please elaborate more on your requirements? How are you trying to access the information? Through code or by passing business units or in CRM itself you want to know whether you can see other business unit's data or not?

    Hi,

    As per your statement what i understand is "User X is in business unit Chennai and wants to access\read records from other Business Unit Delhi"

    You can refer this blog for understanding the cross access of records from different business unit by Creating a New Shared Team which will act as an Join.

    In BusinessUnitDelhi have Leads records.so In BusinessUnitChennai users access the BusinessunitDelhi Leads records. How is it Possible to access the records?

    Hi,

    To achieve this, update security role assigned to your Chennai users and give organization level read access on lead entity to the security role.
