when i was working on ribbon work bench it comes like this and i have downloaded that micro soft silver light and installed it, but still it comes like this. and present i am using window10 64bit, can you please tell me what i have to do to come out of this problem.

Refer to Microsoft Silverlight may not work in recent versions of Google Chrome,

You can use IE :)

i have used Internet explorer also but still i am getting same problem

i have tried on IE also ,but its not working and still it is asking like that only. can you please help on this issue.

First, test Silverlight functionality , open below link by IE.

http://www.bubblemark.com/silverlight2.html

If it doesn't work. You may try to install it on your IE again, from below link.

http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/
