Late Payment Prediction Menu Item Missing

Hi:
 
I'm logged in with the Business Manager role.
 
We have enabled the Late Payment Prediction Setup and run its Job Queue.  But, the Actions...Other...Predict Payment menu selection is not showing upon entering a Sales Invoice.
 
Also, no predictions are showing in Customer Ledger Entries.
 
Why?
