A automatic email will be triggered to the user when ever a case is created in D365. Iam not able to get Automatic Signature attached to that automatic sent emails. Is it possible?
Yes, you can add automatic signatures to emails sent from D365. You can use the Exclaimer add-in for Outlook to do this. This ensures that each email sent contains the correct signature without manual intervention.
