Adding Signature to Automatic emails

A automatic email will be triggered to the user when ever a case is created in D365. Iam not able to get Automatic Signature attached to that automatic sent emails. Is it possible?

We have a plugin which will trigger this email automatically when a case is qualified. I need to get my Signature also attached to the automatic email

Yes, you can add automatic signatures to emails sent from D365. You can use the Exclaimer add-in for Outlook to do this. This ensures that each email sent contains the correct signature without manual intervention.
