I can't enable a Microsoft Entra Application card that I have created for Business Central. It keeps saying /You need to have either SECURITY or SECUIRITY privileges in the user permission set to update the state./

Hi, this is standard behavior, please check whether your current user has the following permission. And you can do it if you have Super permission.

In addition, it should be noted that this table applies to all companies, you need to confirm whether the company name is set in the User Card, and if so, remove it.
