I will like to know how to export my financial reports (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) from GP to Microsoft excel. This is very urgent

Well hopefully you are using FRx for your Financial Reports and in that case, it is easy. If you are exporting from GP's financial reports, which I have never even looked at because everyone uses FRx, then you will need to export to a csv file or a tab delimited file out of the print setup of the Report itself. The setting is where you select to send it to the screen, printer, or file. When you select File, and tell it what type, then when you press print, it will create the file.
Not you just have to clean up the mess in Excel that was created by exporting that file.
