Hello ,
I am trying to add line to Gen. Journal Line (81) in NAV 2017,It takes a lot of time to insert a record .As a result i get locks before is a screenshot of an example of the database
Kindly Advice,

    Hi,
    Have You done any modifications to the table 81 ? You can run the Debugger, to see what is causing the issue, but I am most certain it is connected with Your modifications.

    Yes ,I did import the default table 81 and page 39 with no custom code,But I still have the same issue

    Hi, this is also related to the performance of the server. Have you installed it in a virtual machine? Try reallocating resources, such as memory or the number of CPU cores.

    Thanks Everyone ,I had a workflow custom code that was looping indefinately,,Its Now sorted and inserting into the general jourline line is ok.
