    Hi,

You may develop a JS that on onLoad event that retrieves the data from the entity you want and the fill the fields.

You can use CrmRestKit to retrieve the data:

    crmrestkit.codeplex.com/documentation

Then you fill the field on your form with the data returned with Xrm.Page.getAttribute(arg).setValue()

    Hi Nico,

Is the entity having relationship each other?

Mean the client and program and the last meeting date is a field in the client that you want to display in the program form?

If it is a lookup field between them then you can try to take a look this ready solution.

Actually if you are using CRM 2013/2015 the is new feature so-called quick view.

But you are using CRM 2011 so you can try take look above links.

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks.
