Entity with multiform, which one will WF select?

when we use process (dialog or WF) to create or update an entity, a form will be presented for us to populate some fields. In 2011, if the field in the form is readonly, we cannot populate it. I tried to overcome this problem by creating a form that allow all fields to be editable. However, Process will not use this form... anyone can advice for entity with multiple forms, how Process select which form to use?

Thanks..

    Hi,

What we do quite a bit in this scenario is instead of setting the field readonly by checking the checkbox use javascript.  You can use one line of javascript to set the field readonly during the online event.

The field will then be avail for workflows to update it.
