Disqualifying Lead options in menu bar

Hi,

I have a customer that wants to add additional lines items to a Lead when we disqualify a lead.

The menu at the top gives you the ability to select a sub menu for the reason why the lead is lost (see below)

I've been looking in the entity fields and can't seem to locate where this is coming from.

Any ideas?

    Hi Chris,

If you try customisation>Lead entity>FIelds and Status reason and change the dropdown to Disqualify you will see the options.

Please mark this as answering your question if it has helped.

    Thanks.

Perfect. I did look at that - but didn't pay enough attention to the dropdown to see the disqualified.

No problem Chris. Glad it's sorted.
