Cannot open a record by clicking from information email on mac

Hello,

We are using Dynamics CRM Online. My manager got an email that has hyperlink of a specific record. When the link is clicked an error occurred. You can see screenshot below, operating system is Mac Os, we can open that record by clicking the same link from our Windows machines. Is there anyway to solve this problem for this Mac Os user.

Hi,

did you advise your manager to try in different browsers? if not give it a try.

I personally tried to reproduce the same problem on his computer. When I right-click that hyperlink and choose Copy link address(something like this) Link seems OK, but doesn't work(even though copy-paste), from the template in the screenshot it seems like mobile page, that might be the case.

I also tried to use different browser, result is exactly the same.

Hi Mehmet,

Safari is only supported browser in macOS (or below), probably you're using Chrome or Firefox with on Mac and it renders like mobile interface.

I tried my D365 online and CRM 2015 and CRM 2016 onprem versions with Chrome but everthing work correctly, maybe it's about your customizations or browser cache.
