I ran into a problem which I cannot find any solution through the internet. I hope someone can help me out.
I was trying to Generate an EFT file; however, I am unable to check the item.
Here is the screenshoot,
As you can see. the first batch is unchecked and I cannot checked it. It just keeps jumping back to uncheck status. If I click mark all, it shows the message box.
"Some batches are processing and aren't available to be processed"
In my opinion, it may cause by the data corruption.
Is there anyone can give me some help, please?
