Hello,

I want to track an appointment in Dynamics CRM which is accepted or declined from the outlook. Is there any way to sync in any custom fields or anything else?

Scenario:

I have synchronized(server-side sync) appointment from Dynamics 365 to Outlook. User are creating an appointment and set contact or account in required field from the Dynamics 365. Contact and Account are also getting meeting invites in email. Account or Contact will accept or decline those meeting invites. Now, I want to display invite status of each required attendee(Account or Contact) in Dynamics CRM.

Kindly suggest me.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, Dynamics CRM doesn't track the meeting responses.

    Regards,
