Manually force recalculate rollup field using Javascript ?

Hi everyone!

I want to force recalculation of rollup field using Javascript . This can be done using plugins like in the link below

However what is the javascript equilavent to this ? Can XrmToolkit libraries help to do that?

    Hi-

    You can invoke calculation within javascript through Web API.

    The CalculateRollup Function in Web API is only available in Dynamics 365 (online), Dynamics 365 (on-premises), Dynamics CRM 2016, Dynamics CRM Online.  Apart you can use Soap endpoints

    Hi! 

    I personally have never came across this in JavaScript. Alternatively, you can create a Workflow with functional like this and call it with JavaScript. There is an example of it: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/mscrmcustomization/archive/2016/05/06/calculate-rollup-fields-on-button-click
