How to send emails to contacts with image on body of email

Hi,

We are not using campaign from marketing module since we can't send image on body of email.  the only possibility to send the mail with image, we need to copy the image in public library that everybody can access from outside. Then we need to copy the image on email so the link of the image will be sent to CRM contacts so they can view the image.  This process is very complicated since the alignment of the picture and text on body of email is difficult, due to security reason, the image will not be visible to recipient.   Please confirm is there any other option to achieve this functionality.

    Hi There,

    not sure if you have considered that already but I would suggest you create an email template with the required image and text.

    whenver you need to send email insert the template.

    Why do you think it's complicated? This is how email image is working.

    Can you please share what exactly you are getting issue.

    You can design template accordingly, I believe via template you wount be face any issue.

    You can also set height , width within HTML content of the image in the mail.

    Hi,

    If we copy an image from web site and paste into email message as explained below, the alignment will not be proper. There will be  accessible issue. Please inform is there any other solution for this in dynamics 365 CRM.

    Type the text you want to send in this message. Use the Formatting toolbar to edit the text.

    Tip

    • Although you cannot insert images or HTML directly into Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps email messages or email templates, you can use the copy feature in Internet Explorer to copy an image from a website and paste it into the email message or email template. The image is available as long as the website is accessible.
