Dynamics GP Web Management Console not rendering page

I have encounter an issue with the  GP Web Management Console. when navigating to server.fqdn/webmanagementconsole, the web page is displayed but isn't rendering correctly, the text is scrambled. please see image below.

We have tried various browsers including IE and Chrome, and also repaired and re-installed the web client, with no success.

The sites are installed on the default website and the GP website works fine. Permissions have been granted to the user admin group  for the web client install folder and GP client folder.

Any suggestions welcome. Many thanks

    I believe this is an issue with folder security on the web server itself. I'm not sure which folders need to be given permissions and what the bare minimum is you need to assign to get functional page views.

    Does anybody have a checklist for security permissions that need to be applied?
