Hi Expert,
Today we encounter a weird error which causing unable to open the form. After turn on the tracing, the error stated "Unrecognized Guid format".
Any ideas?

before you hit this error, have you did any customization? Such as Business Process Flow.

Yes , I did some customization to old deactivate BPF due to requirements.
in this case, would you mind to try to activate your old BPF? i suspect the BPF is faulty.
we cant activate the process, it throw Required value is null.
This error occur because of some steps are missing. Kindly remove it or change it back the original field.
you would find a step called "Record" instead of your field name
