instructions on how to board "Heartland credit card processor to rms 2.0xx software Help!

I have a POS dealer that do not know how to change credit card processors from vantiv to heartland with rms software. can anyone walk us through the process. they have the parameter sheet but do know where to go or what to do. any help.

    Dave, the EDC settings for RMS are in RMS Admin. It gets a bit complicated pending type of payment processing hardware used to meet PCI/EMV/etc requirements. We have 10 RMS techs who can assist - hourly rate is $125/hour billed in 15 minute increments. Support # is 888-267-7483. We also offer the Card Defender plug in for RMS which is approved for use with Heartland.
