Hi,
should i register plugin as post operation or pre validation ..??
can i access data of deleted record from execution context or should i use pre imge..??

Hello,
When you handle delete message context contains only moniker to a record with id and entitytype. If you need to access a record - you can retrieve it using endpoints but that would work only in pre-operation or pre-validation modes. Pre image is available for both pre and post operations and it is recommended to use it to get information about record that was deleted.
You should use Pre Images so that you will have a copy of the deleted record.
You can register the plugin on the Pre or Post Delete operation and register your image as pre image
