Licensing RMS for all users in Windows 7

We are in the process of upgrading from XP to Windows 7. I have noticed that with XP, we can license RMS with one Windows user and log in as another user and still run the POS application. In Windows 7, we are prompted for the product key for each new user. Could this be a registry or file permission issue somewhere? Any ideas?

It sounds like one of two likely causes:

    1. The installation was done without allowing permissions for all users as Pappu suggests above or

    2. Portions of the installation were not 'Run as Administrator'.

Did you allow to use the server database by any windows user during the installation of the RMS? This may be an issue.

Which version of RMS are you using?
