Does anyone has a specific idea?

Thanks!

This is a common warning (not an error) which is caused by the startup of the CRM plugin.  I can't be certain about all the internal details but it's adding the CRM navigation to the Outlook UI as well as establishing communication with the local database and the CRM server.  I personally ignore the warning on the occasions that it does happen.  If it's disabling the add-in, then do a Google search on Outlook COM add-ins and look for ways to force it to always load (registry).  I found a couple when I did a quick general search.

One other thing to check is that the version of the CRM Outlook add-in matches the version of the CRM server.

    Good luck.

Thanks, I have also found quite useful checklists in here which we will now use.
