How do I add a secondary contact in Dynamics 365.
I can add a primary contact to an account. But how do I add additional secondary contacts?
More specifically I want the secondary contact to be some one that works for a different organisation.

Hi Ben,
May I know what you mean by "some one that works for a different organisation"?
Does the owner of the contact records belong to the organization (root business unit)?
If yes, it can be achieved by creating a new N:1 relationship between Contact entity and Account entity.
