A client asks me to perform a workflow that when a series of conditions are met, an email is sent, however, within that email must go a list of records that exist within a subgrid of the entity. Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi,

Some possible options could be:

1. Write a custom workflow to get related entity records (which are on the subgrid) and generate html table having these records and place it on email body, finally sendemail.

2. Generate a report and attach report to email as pdf and send email

community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-send-ssrs-report-as-a-pdf-in-email-in-dynamics-crm-online
