CRM 2011 On Premise: An error has occurred when accessing Solutions and Processes

Hi 

I have a CRM 2011 On-premise system in which I am experiencing the below error when I click either Solutions or Processes.

I have restarted CRM services, cleared cache, IIS reset and rebooted CRM Server but still no luck.

Could you advise please?

    Hi,

    Which Update rollup are you on?

    Did you find any error on Event viewer?

    Did you try to collect traces on the server with CrmDiagTool?
