CRM 2013 Is running Slow.. How to Increase the Performance.

Hi, 

CRM 2013 is running slow. So is indexing of data based recommended, if Show how it can be done.

If not what are the other steps to make them work fine.

I check the intranet all are working fine. and the extension plugins where also checked.

    As a first step you should determine what is slow. For example:

    • Is it when querying data, or opening a form, or other actions ?
    • Is it for all entities, or just some entities ?
    • Is it specific to certain users, or all users ?

    SQL indexes may help if the problem is with querying data, but is unlikely to make a difference if form loading is slow. Other things to check are:

    • If the performance is an issue for all users and actions, check the main CRM and SQL Server performance (CPU utilisation and memory)
    • Network performance, and client configuration (memory, anti-virus software doing script scanning) can also affect the overall performance

    -Windows Update

    -SQL latest Service pack.

    after updating these 3,CRM will be fast.
