How to Create Checkboxes and Radioboxes

How do you create checkbox set on a form?  I would like more than just two options.

Additionally, how do you create a radiobox set on a form?  Also, I would like to create more than just two options.

I would assume that both are similar in design, no?

    Hi Dan_K

Also, you can create checkboxes and radioboxes reviewing this site:

    + CHECKBOXES | jianwang.blogspot.com/.../Picklist

+ Create or edit entity fields | www.microsoft.com/.../create-or-edit-entity-fields.aspx

Please let me know if these links are useful for you.

    Mahadeo,

Thank you for the following links.  I am having difficulty adding the Jquery library presented in step 6.  When I attempt to add JQuery library to the Form Properties, the "jquery1.10.2.js" does not appear to be an option to select.   I also tried adding the following Form Library: msdyn_/Scripts/jqeury1.5.2.min.js .  I then referenced this library in the web resource HTML code with no luck.   Is there a way to download and import the "jquery1.10.2.js" library?

    hi Asucc,

you can download Jquery1.10.2.js from code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.2.min.js

Then you need to create one JavaScript web resource in CRM.

When you creating JS web resource, either you can upload downloaded jquery1.10.2.js or open jquery1.10.2.js in notepad and copy code to Text Editor of web resource.

Save web resource.. then you will able to add this jquery1.10.2.js library resource in your form.

    Hope this will help.

    Mahadeo,

Thank you for the prompt reply.  However, I am still having issues.  I downloaded the Jscript and imported as a web resource:

    form-properties.PNG

I also verified that it exists as a library resource for our form.

    preview.PNG

Inside the HTML code, I referenced the Jscript file like so:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="new_jquery1.11.2.min.js"></script>

I've also tried different variations for the source (excluding the extension, including the extension, ect). When I attempt to preview the form, these are the results:

    asucc,

When you copied HTML code, where did you put that in HTML web resource?

I think you copied to Rich Text tab of HTML web resource editor.. you need to copy to Source tab.

I am working with asucc.  The change has been made to add to the source tab.  The Radio Button List field on the form is blank with no radio button options.  Would you know why?

    hi..

Can you open HTML web resource and check on load function is there

if not add it, save HTML web resource and open web resource again to verify function is called onLoad.. if it is removed, then you need to download your CRM customization solution, which includes HTML web resource used in for converting drop down to radio button

Extract your solution, you will see similar files in extracted solution

then open webResources folder, and locate HTML web resource you are using

Open that web resource in notepad, and correct Body tag and add OnLoad function as shown above.

    Then compress your solution

and re import solution.. publish and done..

Hope this time it will solve your all problem..

You can convert a two option field into a radio/checkbox by going on to the form and double clicking on this field>>click on formatting tab and select the format of field

    Mahadeo,

I verified that the onLoad function does get removed after saving the web resource.  If I am not mistaken, to download our CRM custom solutions, I would go to the web resources and lcick on "export solution".  After making the changes, how do I import back into web resources?  Is "Import Translations" the same as importing these solutions?  Or is there another way of doing it?
