Tickle Feed transactional posting issue

On completing the tickle feed transactional posting jobs, when I looked into detail the store transactions, some receipts are converted into sales order or some not despite in the same shift and date as below . what will be the reason behind this.

Hi Afzal,

Make sure the transaction is a part of statement . one the transaction validated and included in statement , sales order will be created while statement posting.
