How to get a long trial of SharePoint Online alongside CRM?

I have enabled a 12 month demo environment for CRM, but unlike the free trials and the demo spin-ups, it doesn't come with SharePoint online.

Does anyone know an equivalent 12 month trial/evaluation/demo capability for a SharePoint online that I can then link CRM to? It needs to be an online environment and can use IUR if needs be - I just need to find the location to sign up for it.

If you purchase an MSDN or BizSpark license it comes with internal use licenses for SharePoint online.
