straight question, a customer asks if it's possible to "integrate" MS CRM and AS400

my short answer is, at the moment:

-if CRM Online: not possible or possibly very complex

-if CRM on-premise: should be possible with lot of customization...

your answer is ... ???

You should be able to integrate CRM and AS400 easily using tools thrid party tools like Scribe, SSIS like Kingswaysoft SSIS regardless whether crm is online or on-premise. If you know how to use SSIS then it's not that complicated to integrate crm and AS400 as long as you know little bit of c# code to create custom component in ssis to push data to crm using CRM API
