Hello,
I have signed up for a CRM 2011 Online. I am attempting to sign up for another 30-day trial instance so I can do some testing. Is this possible to do?

I have had a few clients who have contacted customer service to request an additional months extension. Most of the time the answer is yes
Actually, I already have a subscription going for my production instance. What I am trying to do is to use my login and sign up for another separate 30 - trial instance to do some testing so I won't tamper with my production instance. It seems like it won't let me sign up for a different 30 day trial if my live ID is associated with another instance. Have you found a workaround?
So you have an active CRM instance using your LiveID, as opposed to the current Office 365 sign in method? If so, you could previously create multiple instances for the same live id.
MS has moved to the Office 365 billing platform for new instances of CRM Online, so you cannot create a new instance using a live id.
That is correct, now you should have a office 365 account for the CRM Online
Thanks,
Mohammad
Yes - correct, the billing support team may support an extra trial extension (pending an internal approval). As mentioned the team will usually allow an additional +30 days to your trial if needed. Billing support are available using the contact details available on rc.crm.dynamics.com/.../billingfaq.aspx.
