Canvas App Not Showing Up On Form

I am attempting to embed a Power App on a Dynamics Form on the Opportunity Entity. 

I have followed the tutorials to change the control to a canvas app and making sure the app id is correct. However what ever I do I can't get the power app to display on the form.

Anyone help?

    Hi Jon,

    A few things I would check:

    • Is the field you're using in your form to display your canvas app set as visible?
    • Is your field control configured to display the canvas app on the Web?
    • Do you have only one canvas app to be embedded in your form? (it's limited to one)
    • Is the form you're customizing correctly included in your app?
    • Are you displaying the correct form?
    • Are you using a Unified Interface model-driven app to display the form?

    Did you create the canvas app from the form?
    Do you have a specific error message?
    Do you have the link to the tutorial you've been using?
