I'm trying to set up the development license version of the Kingswaysoft tool to use with Visual Studio for some CRM data imports. I'm having trouble getting the CRM tools to show up in the SSIS Toolbox though. I manage to connect to my CRM using the Dynamics CRM Connection Manager, but that's it.
I'm using:
I haven't found much information on how to troubleshoot this, as googling Kingswaysoft mostly leads to the website, not any install related discussions.

Here how i resolved the issue: community.dynamics.com/.../kingswaysoft-tool-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-not-showing-up-in-the-ssis-toolbox
Such problems do not happen very often to our client installation. Most likely it is an incomplete installation or otherwise, you are in the wrong view with SSDT. Please confirm the following.
I am having the same issue but this does not solve my issue.
I have VS 2019 and installed the latest version of the Kingswaysoft CRM tools in SSIS Toolbox but it doesnt work. I uninstall it and installed the old versions but still got the same issue.
Please i need help on this.
I am not sure why we couldnt find information about how to troubleshoot this kind of issue. I only find this one here.
Please help out. thanks
After I installed the version that you send me it worked: https://www.kingswaysoft.com/products/ssis-integration-toolkit-for-microsoft-dynamics-365/download
The problem was that I installed this product: https://www.kingswaysoft.com/products/ssis-productivity-pack/download because if you Google SSIS+Kingswaysoft you get to that page easily
Just imagine I have installed this so many times on new computers and am a dev with 20 years of experience and fell for this one
Both download pages look alike and if you look in the “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\xxx\DTS\PipelineComponents” folders you see Kingswaysoft dll’s so I was fooled into thinking the installation was done but just not the right one.
Perhaps someone else will fall for this in the future so that's why I answered you here as well..
Thanks for your help!
Hi Edwin Hebbink, it is very strange that you are still not seeing our components after upgrading to v11. Please reach out to us through email, someone from our team will be able to assist you.
I'm experiencing the exact same situation as Flydancer. So after installing the manual v10 package the tools appear but now I get this update screen and downloading and installing the newest version does not work
Good catch, Flydancer. With our latest release, the manual installation package should never be needed (we would be happy to look into such situations if that ever happens). For our earlier releases, we do provide a manual installation package which can be used for this situation if upgrading to the latest version is not an option.
I had the same problem but it worked with the "manual installation package" from Kingswayssoft. There doesn't seem to be a manual package for the newest version, look at the archive: www.kingswaysoft.com/.../release-archives
It is strange that you have found the files there, but not able to see the component under Data Flow view. Try to install the latest release of our software. If it still doesn't help, please reach out to our support channel as Adrian has suggested. We will set up a remote meeting to have a look of the situation.

Hi Artemy,
Have you opened the SSIS Toolbox in a "Data Flow Task"? Because the KWS Tools will only show at that level.
Otherwise try searching for "KingswaySoft.IntegrationToolkit.DynamicsCrm.dll" under "C:\Program Files (x86)" or "C:\Program Files". If this file can't be found then KingswaySoft wasn't installed correctly.

I found the file in multiple locations following this pattern: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\<number>\DTS\<subfolder>\
