How can you tell in CRM and BC if a trial license is running?

    The easiest way to do that is to look at the licenses you have assigned in Azure AD. The details of your license will show up there.

    I assume you are talking about BC online and CRM online.

    Hi, You can go to Microsoft 365 admin center -> Billing -> Your products to see which trial licenses you have. Then when a trial license is assigned to the user, it means that it is in use.
