Resource List page doesn't refresh after I add a new resource card and come back to list

Hi All,

I have extended the resource list. When I add a new resource card by clicking "New", add details on resource card, and navigate back to list page, it doesn't display the latest record. Maybe the page is not refreshing, please suggest what could be the cause and solution.
