GP 2015 -- Lost homepage

My client is on GP 2015 and had a user that recently lost their homepage links and settings.  They have a local GP client and are on Windows 10.  There were no recent updates or changes to their computer and have been on Windows 10 for a couple of years.

If they try and reset their home page the settings are not saving.  I've asked them to retry using "Run as Administrator" or elevated permissions but have not heard back yet.  That said, any thoughts as to what may be happening and how to resolve?  Look forward to a response.

It could have been something as simple as the user changing their home page role (Customize This Page > Change Role) all the way to someone resetting the homepage table at the database level. I usually prefer the simple explanations.

    Mariano,

That indeed was the issue.  The change of role worked.
