We're getting an error when we try to access MR 2012 from a client machine and the server. 

Can't connect to the Management Report server.  Do you want to specify a different server address?  Any ideas on where to troubleshoot?

    You need to check the Security permission for the user which you have logged in.

    Go to server and open Management Reporter Designer and add the users (window credential) with appropriate permissions under Security-->Users tab.

    Just wanted to add to valuable suggestion provided by Soma.  Please restart the process and application service under management reporter services.

    I've restart the services multiple times and it's still happens.
