Can one offer in AppSource a desktop application that provides Data Quality solution for CRM data?

We already offer two Dynamics 365 CRM extensions in AppSource:

We have another program that we would like to offer in AppSource, too:
q.address Stand-alone is a classic desktop Windows application, but with an extensive interface to the CRM.
It checks the CRM database for postal address validity, for duplicates and various other inconsistencies.
It has an interface to the CRM (CRM Online, i.e. Marketing, Sales, ..., as well as CRM On-premises, i.e. CE)
and performs all cleansing directly in the CRM, including the merging of duplicates (we call this ‘in-place cleansing’).
 
My question: How can we offer such a program (a desktop Windows application, but with an extensive interface to the CRM) in AppSource?
