Cannot access Engage group

Hi Everyone,
 
I got the email that I have been added to the group on Engage. But when I try to access, it says that my account does not exist in Microsoft tenant.
I'm using my company account and previously I can access those group on Yammer. 
Can anyone advise?

    You can try to use the next form and request access again. https://forms.office.com/r/qe94aGXWgp
     
    Maybe something was forgotten when you got added. If this will not work, you can try to contact Microsoft Support.
