I am facing a critical issue in a Contact lookup associated with the account. When the contact lookup opens up and when i am doing a search to find relevant records with a keyword, the results are not getting displayed although there are many records with that keyword. Further when i uncheck the "Filter by related Parent Customer" checkbox, i am getting an error as "The list has not finished opening. Try your request again".

All looks fine when i am accessing the CRM instance directly from the Server's internet Explorer.

I found out that Rollup 10 would solve this problem but even after installing it the problem persists.

What could be the actual issue?

Please advise.

    Hello Hameed,

    Yes you are correct, this was resolved in UR 10. When you installed UR 10 was your DB updated to UR 10 as well.

    What contradicts is it works fine through the Server machine, please check the following link :- social.microsoft.com/.../the-list-has-not-finished-opening-try-your-request-again

    Please turn the Dev errors On through the web.config and let me know the error that you see.
