I am facing a critical issue in a Contact lookup associated with the account. When the contact lookup opens up and when i am doing a search to find relevant records with a keyword, the results are not getting displayed although there are many records with that keyword. Further when i uncheck the "Filter by related Parent Customer" checkbox, i am getting an error as "The list has not finished opening. Try your request again".
All looks fine when i am accessing the CRM instance directly from the Server's internet Explorer.
I found out that Rollup 10 would solve this problem but even after installing it the problem persists.
What could be the actual issue?
