Do I have to open firewall ports for ADFS/IFD?

Have claims-authentication working now internally.

When I try to access the url externally I get nothing-- No ADFS login page, no 404 or 401 error, just a blank Internet Explorer page, as if the site doesn't exist. I know my DNS entries work becuase the roor site works i.e. minus the :444 port attached.

Do I have to open ports on my firewall to allow IFD and ADFS to work. There is zero documentation on this.

    Hi Joe,

    Yes, you have to enable port 443 and 444 also in Router, for external users.
