Hi guys,

I have checked the demo data and found that the categories displaying on POS is redundancy.

As you can see, the Fashion Accessories, Womenswear and Menswear are the parent nodes in FinOps categories config.

When it is displayed on POS, the parent node is obviously displayed before the child nodes. Our client would expect to display only child nodes under parent node on POS. For examples, under Fashion Accessories, the first child node should be Fashion Sunglasses, then Watches....

Can you please advise if we can update the POS design for categories?

There is no configuration available to change this behavior. I don't think there are any functionality behind this duplication, as the products in the parent nodes can be accessed by clicking the '>' next to the category. You can try contacting MS support and raise it as a bug.
